A skeletonised perpetual calendar in a case and bracelet machined entirely from black ceramic. The dial has been cut away so the movement carries the indications on its own, and every bridge and wheel is finished as though it were going to be looked at, because it is.

Ceramic is close to unscratchable and holds the satin and polished finishing the reference is built on.
