Datejust 41 Blue Roman Dial White Gold Fluted Oyster

Roman Numerals on Blue.

A blue sunburst dial with Roman numerals, under a fluted white gold bezel, on the three-link Oyster in Oystersteel. Romans sit heavier on the dial than batons do and pull the watch further toward dress than tool, which is where the Datejust started.

Originally the fluting was functional, screwed down to seal the case. It stayed once Rolex realised what it did to the light.
